The fifth “Tracing the Elegant” traditional culture month of our school kicked off on March 28 to cherish the excellent Chinese traditional culture and to exhibit a diverse after school life of the students.

At the opening ceremony, students brought about different kinds of wonderful performances which included the dragon dance presented by Student Dragon Boat Association, the erhu performed by Student Ethnic Ensemble and the hip-hop song prepared by Student Music Club.
Besides, traditional culture knowledge quiz, stand-up comedy and interactive experience of folk music were also presented, offering a pleasant and lively atmosphere for the whole opening ceremony.
This was the exact time of a year when cherry blossoms on campus are flourishing. All day long, fan-painting, dance imitation and quiz, Chinese knot, guqin flash, musical instrument performance, cherry blossom origami and martial arts performance decorated the Cherry Blossom Avenue alongside the blossoms. These activities attracted students and teachers to participate in and to appreciate Chinese traditional culture.
