In the evening of June 11, after nearly one semester of rehearsals, the drama “Rhinoceros” was staged in the East auditorium by Shuzhi Performing Arts Club as a gift for the graduates, offering an audio-visual feast to the audience.
At 19:00, the curtain was lifted and the actors took the stage in turn.

The actors are performing on the stage.
The drama happened on Belanger, a lowlife who is dissatisfied with his life and confused about his future. He often has an inexplicable sense of fear and loneliness.
Something absurd happens. People become rhinoceros in turn. When the rhinoceros first appears, people either talk about it or are indifferent. But as more and more people become rhinoceroses, people gradually agree, even appreciate and follow to become a rhinoceros. Belanger witnesses his neighbors, colleagues, friends and lover joining this craze.
This abnormal and sudden change makes Belanger clear-headed. He struggles while resists, never follow the trend. Through the transformation of man into a rhinoceros, the script reveals the reality of alienation in Western society and the social disasters brought by the loss of personality and spiritual degradation.
