CSRPs can be divided into summer vacation programs and within-semester ones.

The within-semester programs start from somewhere in the first 10 days of October to the beginning of May the next year. Somewhere in the last 10 days of September, your teacher will forward an application. By the end of October, the Teaching Affairs Office will release the specifics of the CSRPs fixed upon by means of teacher-student bilateral choices. November to May the next year is the time in which CSRPs are actually put into practice. In mid-May, there will be an oral defense for the sum-up report arranged within schools/departments under the guidance of the teachers. By the end of May, relevant materials should be submitted to the teaching office of your school/department, as the reference for later campus-scale award distribution.

The oral defense for sum-up report is scheduled by the end of September. Somewhere in the first 10 days of October, relevant material should be submitted to the teaching office of your department for decision making on award distribution at the campus scale.
