Quantum information has been the most important cross-disciplinary research field which involves a large number of mathematical issues, such as group theory, representation theory, combinatorics, probability and statistics, operator theory.
Mathematics in Quantum Information Seminar focuses on the major mathematical issues in quantum information, emphasizing multilateral academic exchange and collaboration. Through interdisciplinary lecture and group discussion, students can encounter a range of fields and cultivate innovative vision and develop a global component to their studies. This exciting seminar will be of interest to beginning graduate students and researchers in physics, computer science and mathematics.
